SMS/MMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: March 9, 2026

1. Program Description

Rock Solid Designs, LLC (\"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\") offers an SMS/MMS messaging program (the \"Program\") that allows customers and prospective customers (\"you\" or \"Subscriber\") to receive text messages related to our products and services. These messages may include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders, service updates, promotional offers, follow-up communications, and customer support responses.

By opting in to our messaging Program, you agree to these SMS/MMS Terms & Conditions (\"SMS Terms\"). These SMS Terms supplement and are in addition to any other terms, agreements, or policies that may govern your relationship with Rock Solid Designs, LLC.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our messaging Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from us at the mobile number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt in to our messaging Program through any of the following methods:

Submitting a web form on our website that includes an SMS consent checkbox
Texting an opt-in keyword (e.g., \"START\") to our designated phone number
Providing verbal consent during a phone call or in-person interaction
Scanning a QR code that directs you to an opt-in form or initiates a consent text message
Completing a paper form that includes SMS consent language and your signature

When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message that includes the Program name, message frequency disclosure, data rate notice, opt-out instructions, and help instructions.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your interaction with us. You may receive recurring messages. The number of messages you receive will depend on the services you have requested, your account activity, and any promotional campaigns in which you are enrolled. We will not send messages in excess of what is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose of the Program.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges incurred for text messaging are your responsibility and are billed by your wireless carrier. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan and any applicable fees. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also use the keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out.

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you a single confirmation message to verify that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from us unless you re-enroll in the Program.

To re-enroll after opting out, you may text \"START\" to our phone number or opt in again through any of the methods described in Section 2 above.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and their network conditions. We do not guarantee delivery of any particular message.

8. No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through the Program to any third party. Information sharing is limited strictly to service providers who assist in delivering messages on our behalf and only as necessary to operate the Program.

9. Supported Carriers

Our messaging Program is designed to work with major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other supported carriers. However, not all carriers support all message types (e.g., MMS), and service availability may vary. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through the Program.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida for any disputes arising from or relating to these SMS Terms.
